...For Pillars of the Community is it actually possible for characters with zero magic capabilities to learn magic from the characters teaching it? I'm so accustomed to magic being an ACP-thing, I'm not sure if it would be needed here as well, or if they're just picking up the tricks and tips sort of thing... if that makes any sense.
