Using her own energy, she can create small amounts of plant life (i.e. flowers), or cause existing plants to grow or wither at an increased pace. Would not include any actual manipulation, i.e. she would be able to make weeds and vines grow to make an area harder to move around in, but would have no control over them beyond growth/decay. (couldn't make a vine wrap around someone's leg or anything like that).
