A bar that serves plain orange juice without any judgement, The Sprinkling Tap isn't a shady establishment. Many of the local aristocracy frequent it during the day, spending their time chattering about the most recent gossip or the new interior decor they were able to install after the calamity knocked out their wall. Dirt, rather than a prudish demeanor, is frowned upon in this establishment.

Yet, muddy footprints are scattered over the alley and into the bar's side door. The small storage space there is filled with barrels, explosives, rather than aged wine, arranged inside. Only answering to "Mr. Six", the owner refuses to speak on any inquiries face to face, his opinions and plans for the incendiaries he's keeping a source of rumor among the Sprinkling Tap's clientele.

Pricey drinks that aren't too strong are the typical fare, and will be required to persuade the usual customers to discuss what they know. After enough pleasantries, most will mention that the place was recently bought out, and no one has ever seen "Mr. Six" in person. They don't seem to care too much about this, though the offer of taking care of a potential danger to their preferred establishment will tip the purses of many of the bar's patrons.

Money solves all of their problems, after all. Whether Mollymauk and Law wish to pursue "Mr. Six" himself or simply continue to check on the contraband stored here and thwart its misuse is up to them. The illusive owner isn't one man, but a group of six, all among nobility themselves and scattered throughout the district. They'll dismiss any knowledge of association with the Sprinkling Tap; however, after a bit of roughing up, they'll be more likely to back down from what's become a dangerous business venture.
