Brief description: A small flowering vine that grows on the walls of the caves, whose purple flowers are edible, though very bitter if eaten raw. The flowers are not mature until their red tongue-like stamens have emerged (hence the name), otherwise eating them will cause severe intestinal distress. Harvesting its flowers requires gloves, as the leaves of the plant will likely cause mild blisters or hives. They may seem more trouble than they are worth, but these purple flowers are in fact highly nutritious and there is not a native of Nadril who does not have their own family recipe for these odd little plants.
